Raspberry Yoghurt Bark

To help you sleep better this month, we have a delicious treat that makes the perfect evening snack. Our new yoghurt bark recipe is rich in protein which may help regulate blood sugar levels and improve sleep quality, is rich in calcium which may help with melatonin production, and contains strawberries and pistachios which are foods rich in melatonin!


  • 3 cups Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp agave or honey
  • ½ cup Barley max
  • ½ cup Raspberries
  • Pistachios (optional)


  1. Combine the Greek yoghurt and agave in a bowl and stir until it’s a sooth consistency
  2. Transfer to a tray lined with parchment paper and spread it evenly
  3. Top with Barley max and raspberries (& pistachios) then transfer to the freezer
  4. After a few hours and the yoghurt is frozen, remove from the freezer and break apart with your hands into pieces.
