Are you able to run concurrent onsite sessions around Australia?
Yes! We specialise in delivering nutrition services nationally. We have a team of dietitians in all capital cities around Australia and several regional areas too. We have a 100% track record of meeting organisational needs for services around the country. Get in touch.
What capacity do you have to deliver services in New Zealand?
Our NZ service is an important part of our business. We offer all services to NZ virtually. This includes webinars, virtual cooking demonstrations and 1:1 telehealth appointments. If you would prefer onsite services in NZ, we are well connected with local dietitians and can arrange this for you.Get in touch.
Is there a lead time for bookings or service availability?
We request a 2-week lead time on our booking form but may be able to offer services sooner, depending on dietitian availability. Please do not hesitate to ask if you have an urgent request. Get in touch.
We ask that you please provide at least 72-hours-notice for all cancellations and rescheduling of services. Cancellation of services within 72-hours will attract a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price.
Payment of 100% of the fee if less than 48-hours-notice is provided.
It is not our aim to make profits from cancellation fees, rather to make sure those bookings and appointment times are kept available for other organisations and employees who need them.
