Chilli Tuna Poke Bowl

Building your meals around plants is one of the best things you can do for your health. But, it has to be interesting and tasty, right?  This Chilli Tuna Poke Bowl is perfectly balanced to fill you up at lunchtime, leaving you satisfied with plenty of protein and fibre and taste with our spicy and crunchy dressing combination.


  • 1 handful of mixed leaves
  • 1 small handful of sliced red cabbage 
  • 1 small handful of sliced green cabbage 
  • Ribbons of 1 small carrot
  • 1/2 chopped cucumber
  • 2 small radish, sliced
  • 1 brown rice cup
  • 1 small tin tuna
  • 1/4 cup edamame beans


  • Mayo
  • Siracha
  • Fried Shallots



  1. Prep all ingredients.
  2. Build your bowl starting with leaves and cabbage.
  3. Add all other veg. If edamame are frozen, defrost under boiling water.
  4. Heat rice cup and add.
  5. Add tin of tuna of your choice.
  6. Dress with mayo and siracha.
  7. Top with a sprinkle of fried shallots for crunch.
