BarleyMax(TM) is a CSIRO developed grain that has a large number of different fibres, including those with prebiotic properties, which act as fuel to encourage growth and activity of beneficial bacteria in our gut. It's not commercially available yet, but will be soon. You can subscribe to THE HEALTHY GRAIN Newsletter to be kept up to date as the product is launched in retail stores.
