Ingredients

1 - 1 1/2 cups coconut water kefir

1 handful spinach leaves or kale

1/2 lebanese cucumber

1/4 avocado

1 small banana

1 tablespoon steel cut oats

Method

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.

For extra sweetness, add 1 teaspoon of your favourite sweetener e.g. maple syrup or vanilla essence

For extra protein add 2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt or Kefir or 1 tablespoon of nut butter
